Get Your Lidl Plus Data

To see your own grocery story, you'll first need to download your data from Lidl Plus. It’s totally free, but takes some time. Here's how:

The video above shows how to request your Lidl Plus data using the Hungarian customer portal. The steps may look a bit different in other countries, but the general process is likely similar. Check your local Lidl website to see if you can request your data too.

You’ll need to return to your computer three times during this process, on the third visit, you’ll finally receive your downloadable data file.

📝 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Lidl customer service website and open a Contact Form.
2. Select the following options from the dropdowns:
   • Category: Lidl Plus
   • Topic: Other
3. In the message field, paste or write:
   “I’d like to request all personal data stored about me in a downloadable format.”
4. Fill in your personal information as required and click Send.
5. Later, you’ll receive an email with a link to access your data request.
   Click the link and you’ll receive an SMS code to log into your My Lidl account.
6. Once logged in, go to:
   Lidl Plus Card → Lidl Plus → Receipts,
   then find and click “Request more data.”
7. Later, you’ll receive another email with a link to your data.
   Clicking it will trigger another SMS code for verification.
8. After confirming with the code, your data will start downloading as a file named:
   data_tickets.zip
9. Unzip the file, and you’ll find a CSV file inside - that’s the one you can upload to this Vizzu template to generate your personalized grocery story.
